Common questions about the membership process
What documents do I need to register?
You need your Oman Resident Card (front and back images) and a valid mobile number. Optionally, you can provide an email address for notifications.
How long does the verification take?
Online payments are confirmed instantly by Paymob. Your membership is then activated after admin review — once approved, you can generate your card from the dashboard.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept online payments via debit or credit card (Visa / Mastercard). All payments are processed securely by Paymob, a PCI-DSS-compliant payment gateway.
What if my payment fails?
If your payment fails (e.g. declined card or network error), you can retry from your member dashboard. Successful payments are confirmed and forwarded to admin for review. Contact support if the issue persists.
How do I download my membership card?
Once your card is issued, you can download it from your member dashboard. You can also have it sent to your email.
Who can become a member?
Any Pakistani national aged 21 or above, residing in Oman with a valid Resident Card, can apply for membership.
