Terms & Conditions of Membership

By accessing or using the Pakistan Social Club Oman membership portal, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services or register for membership.

To be eligible for PSC membership, you must:

• Hold a valid Oman Residence Card at the time of application
• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of submission of the membership application
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Agree to abide by the club's rules and regulations

When registering for membership, you must:

• Provide your full name as it appears on your passport
• Submit a valid 9-digit Oman Resident Card number
• Upload clear images of your Resident Card (front and back)
• Provide a valid mobile number for communication
• Submit a passport-size photograph for your membership card

Annual Membership Fee: OMR 10.000 (Ten Omani Rials)

Payment terms:

• Payment must be made within 7 days of registration
• Payment can be made via bank transfer to the official PSC bank account
• A payment receipt must be uploaded through the member portal
• Membership is activated only after payment verification by our team

Membership fees are non-refundable except in cases determined by PSC management.

As a PSC member, you agree to:

• Keep your account credentials confidential and secure
• Update your personal information when changes occur
• Use the membership portal only for its intended purposes
• Not share, transfer, or sell your membership to others
• Behave respectfully at all PSC events and gatherings
• Comply with the laws of the Sultanate of Oman and Pakistan
• Report any unauthorized use of your account immediately

Upon successful payment verification:

• A digital membership card will be generated and available for download
• The card is valid for one year from the date of issuance
• The membership card remains the property of Pakistan Social Club
• Cards contain a QR code for verification at PSC events
• Lost or damaged cards can be regenerated through the portal

You must present your membership card (digital or printed) when requested at PSC events or when availing member benefits.

PSC reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership for:

• Providing false or fraudulent information
• Non-payment of membership fees
• Violation of these terms or club rules
• Conduct detrimental to the club's reputation
• Engaging in illegal activities
• Misuse of the membership portal

Suspended members may appeal to the PSC management committee. Terminated members may reapply after one year, subject to approval.

Pakistan Social Club Oman and its officers, employees, and volunteers shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services
• Loss of data, revenue, or profits related to membership services
• Service interruptions or technical issues with the portal
• Actions of other members or third parties

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the membership fee paid by you in the current membership period.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Sultanate of Oman.

Any disputes arising from these terms or your membership shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Muscat, Oman.

PSC operates under the supervision of the Ministry of Social Development, Sultanate of Oman, and complies with all applicable regulations.

PSC reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page.

We will notify members of significant changes via email or through the membership portal. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
